OpenJUMP's attiribute display View ->Map Tool Tips
works fine.
1. View ->Map Tool Tips may be added with a function
to set attributes for display.
Ex: Even if the map has 12 attributes, one may be
interested to see only -2- of them.
2. If the View ->Map Tool Tips can show a thumb-nail
of a
JPG file added as an attribute (path to JPG file) it
will be quite helpful.
Ex: Geologists will benifit seeing the outcrop JPG as
a thumb-nail.
