Hei,

on sourceforge is also a dataset available for the tutorial ( OJump_GeoCityData_german.zip) . Although the attribute names and so on are in german, it should be sufficient for testing:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=118054

another dataset was delivered with OpenJUMP 1.0.1

about GML.. don't know. The problem with GML for me was, that several applications could not open one i had (also jump). so I use it only for storing data.

btw. I discovered some problems with OpenJUMP 1.2 B on Mac (it does not start). But the nightly built 1.2 C should work. But it may be best of you use the original JUMP if it fits your needs for now.

Hi,
I am interested in trying to use JUMP on a Mac (OS X 10.4.10 -Intel). I can get the application to open, but it will not open any ESRI shape files that I have (from an old version of ArcView that ran on the Mac). I was wondering if someone could send me a file that is known to work on a Mac.

I also tried to find a GML file on the web, but was unsuccessful. Are there any sample JUMP GML files available? I'd like to know if I could successfully open them, as well.

Thanks,
Gretchen Gallegos
