Larry,

I must have missed some of the keys when I merged in from the branch. I'll check them in first thing tomorrow.

Hi,

Last time I updated the files, I added keys + values everywhere (english
values when I didn't know translation).
This was Stefan's advise.
I'll try to do more tests to check what is better :
- no key for ignored translation : I agree with Stefan it is not very
good, but may be not too bad if we use a special editor like prbeditor
- keys but no translation when translation is ignored : should be good
but may be interpreted as empty string, which will prevent I18N to find
the default english string,
- default english string for unknown translations, which is the actual
policy for unknown translations.

Was it the key without the English text?

mhm.. my choice would have been always add the key to all files - this
also makes it easier for people that don't use the editor.

But if all use the editor it may be better. So i need to ask/refer to
Michael, if there was a decision lately on that, as i did not follow
all emails recently.

Michaël,

Thanks, that reminds me, there are some additional I18N keys that will
need to be translated.

I can't remember, did we decide to only add the default and the
English
values and use the fall back mechanism rather than putting the English
values in the other language files. I think this would be a good
idea as
then using the properties file editor you can quickly see which items
need translating into you language.

Sorry if that's been discussed already, I've just been a bit out of it
lately.

Cheers,
Paul

Michael, Stefan and Landon can you do a quick test to make sure it
works
on another environment than mine.

Thanks for the excellent work.
I just have launched the new OJ and loaded a jml on Windows XP : it
works like a charm.
I'll soon do more test and have a deeper look at your library to
update my driver plugins.
