I've got a new question using PostGIS and OpenJUMP.
Please correct me if I'm wrong:
I assume that OpenJUMP loads a PostGIS layer into memory. Now it
"treats" the postgis layer as normal shape/gml/whatever_geometric file
and sets up and openjump - internal index.
So when I have data indexed in PostGIS (with GiST), does OpenJUMP take
advantage on this index (in queries) or does it not matter for OpenJUMP
wether the postgis layer is indexed or not?
Does OpenJUMP use the && operator in queries?
