1)I wonder if there are any topology tools in OpenJUMP?
For example "error correction" or "fuzzy tolerance" or any others?
Some tools for this you will fiind under Tools\QA. See also the extra
plugin in the download section on sourecforge.
Included plugin is able to check the topology of individual geometries
(geometry validity, minimum segment length...)
The extra QA plugin can check a layer (overlap detection, gap detection,
segment mismatch...). There is no specific correction tool.
The extra QA plugin is an effort to make some plugins from JCS (jump
conflation suite - available on original JUMP's site) to OpenJUMP.
JCS has detection tools and correction tools.
