yes, that's definitely the problem. Since GetFeature uses HTTP POST I guess URI
escaping was not thought of. This service seems to use GET for its internal
parameters and POST at the same time for the GetFeature request, which I find a
bit questionable.

I'll look into escaping the query later today.
