Veer, I think I need you to be a little more specific. I don't believe you will find very many people will respond to this e-mail. When you say "o please tell me how can i do this thing" I am asking myself "which thing".
Do you need help with the GUI code? Do you need help moving trough the records in the table? Do you need help highlighting the selected feature in the workbench? Break your programming problem into smaller tasks, and then concentrate on one task at a time. Do some reading online, and at least attempt a solution to the first small task. Then let us know what questions you have.
