Hi,
I noticed that in Linux section of Getting Started wiki page
(http://openjump.org/wiki/show/Getting+Started) are paths to c: disk,
which looks strange in Linux instructions. Originally I mentioned only
to correct this, but I ended up doing quite thorough revision of Linux
section of the page, trying to make it both more clear and more precise
step-by-step guide how to install OpenJUMP on Linux. I did not touched
the chapters about changing the startup scripts to use other than
default java installation, because I did not need such changes personally.
The old version of the instructions can be still found online on
http://openjump.org/wiki/show/Linux. If the revision in Getting Started
is agreed to be better, this one could be also rewritten.
Those of you with Linux experience and/or better English, please look at
the result and correct possible errors.
