Peppe is right. OpenJUMP can only move vector data to coordinates.

1) Note that if you use Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer recognizes and
save JAR files as ZIP. Just simply rename the ZIP files as JAR. Openjump will

system before loading into Openjump: a) gdal libraries via fwtools or b) gvSIG
1.9 alpha which uses gdal too, c) deegree

hey,
I have a problem with installing pirol plugin to my jump, I
am downloading pirol plugins from that german site but there
isnt any jar file in the downloaded folders?? Can you please
help me about installing pirol??
one more question is when I use the "load raster"
from file menu, program opens a raster in a layer that
can't be made editable. So how can I move the raster to
the coordinates I want?
I don't know how to use raster maps in jump, how can I
put the maps into right coordinates with the right scale ?
