Hello We have in our network NS5200 firewall And I have a few important questions regarding the MSS (max.segment size)
First of all: What is the default setting of the MSS in the Box??? & is the MTU is still as default 1518 or what??? 2: Is the following command "set flow tcp-mss" used in the VPN only while the command "set flow all-tcp-mss" used for all the other TCP connections??? 3: Also what about ICMP traffic, whatever the MSS is can I ping with large packets and will they work fine??? 4: Finally I want to know, what are the Netscreen models that I can configure the MTU per interface on them??? _______________________________________________ juniper-nsp mailing list [email protected] https://puck.nether.net/mailman/listinfo/juniper-nsp
