I believe that it is called as NetFlow in JUNOS, and if you are talking 
about NetFlow export, it doesn't require any AS-PIC or anything. 
But it only allow one export destination host.

CFlowD requires the use of either an AS1-PIC or AS2-PIC (I believe they 
are
now EOS), or an MS-PIC which generate the CFlowD v5 and v8 records and
export them to an external CFlowD collector.  Since olives don't have this
hardware they will be unable to perform this function.
