We do the following:

- Each DHCP pool is represented by a /32 loopback interface *and* a
static route to null0 for the appropriate size block. Only the static
route is redistributed - in *BGP*, not IGP.

- Thus all the access-internal routes are visible only on the router
with the DHCP pool, not elsewhere in the system.
