If you have a Tunnel PIC you can use logical-tunnel interfaces to link the
L3 routing-instance to the VPLS routing-instance. I don't know if there is a
way to install the logical-tunnel interface in the global routing table, if
not you may be able to export/import routes between the global table and L3
instance table.
