Now that Solunet TAC is gone, I've been asked to locate another company to get support from for our M5s and M10is. We can find hardware support, but would like regular tac support too.
I would like to stay direct with Juniper, but higher up wants something less expensive. Anybody know of another company that provides that type of support?
