Thanks for your replies. I "fixed" the problem by rebooting the router
yesterday.
After that, i could login with "start shell pfe network cfeb0" again.
The M10i was running about 2,5 years without problems. If the problem
occurs again in the near future i will consider RAM-Upgrade on CFEB.
