YES. You can encrypt reduction tunnel using IPSEC with different
"templates". However, IPsec implementation is far from being stable....
I used in a bank institution and had a lot of problems: when an
end-point was started up, reduction won't get up until IPsec SA were
established, and often I had to wait even 6 minutes... (got a case open
with no solution, till now). I presume that future OS release won't have
IPSEC any more...
