[j-nsp] EX4200 dhcp-snooping-file

Has anyone successfully used the EX4200 dhcp-snooping-file feature on 
JunOS 9.4?  I have it configured and it created a zero-length file, 
but never becomes populated with dhcp snooping binding table 
information.
