Given a fairly standard configuration:

        EX3200# show forwarding-options helpers bootp
        server A.B.C.D;
        interface {
            vlan.XXXX;
        }

        (The vlan configuration consists of an IP address only.)

                And running 10.1R1.8 on an EX3200, why is this counter
        incrementing:

        EX3200> show helper statistics
        BOOTP:
          Received packets: 25
          Forwarded packets: 15
          Dropped packets: 10
            Due to no interface in DHCP Relay database: 0
            Due to no matching routing instance: 0
            Due to an error during packet read: 0
            Due to an error during packet send: 0
            Due to invalid server address: 0
            Due to no valid local address: 10
            Due to no route to server/client: 0

        The same apparent configuration works on another device.
What is meant by "no valid local address" -- the documentation is not
particularly enlightening on this point.

        Thanks,
