I think this is just a presentation/column-alignment problem.  The
columns are intended to be "Peer" then "AS" then "InPkt" then "OutPkt"
then "OutQ", but due to the wide IPV6 address in the "Peer" column, the
"OutPkt" numbers are appearing underneath the "OutQ" label.
