LSPs in ISIS are limited in flooding scope by Level not by area. If you are talking different areas in L2 then it should just work.

If you're talking different areas connected by only L1 routers (which is not recommended) giving one of the L1 routers a NET address in both areas should allow both L1 areas to have the same LSPs (and hence link state database).
