We have an MX960 running 10.4R7 with the same problem. What's worse is the error has been logging every 5-10min ever since we made the change ~3 months ago. JTAC case hasn't resulted in anything useful yet. It's still open.

I would presume this is just a new codepath, and some logging was added into the kernel.
