JUNOS tags password fields as "secret", and restricts viewing of those fields to users with the "secret" permission flag in their login class. If you do not have that flag, JUNOS shows you the "/* SECRET-DATA */" flag so that (a) you'll see the field is set, but cannot be viewed, and (b) you will get a parser error if you reload this incomplete data set.
