Hi, Firstly DO NOT LOOK INTO OPTICS!
SX optics use mostly harmless red led light which is why you can see the light. Other optics operate in the invisible spectrum and use intense laser light which even though you can't see it can cause damage to the eye. You should go and get your eyes checked. As far as I'm aware mx80 doesn't support tuneable optics you have to buy the right dwdm channel. -- Regards Andy Harding Internet Connections Ltd Direct: 020 7531 5656 Mobile: 07813 975459 Reception: 0800 2888 680 Web: www.inetc.co.uk Email: a...@inetc.co.uk Sent from my iPad On 7 Nov 2012, at 07:37, Luca Salvatore <l...@ninefold.com> wrote: > Hi guys, > Got some issues connecting two new MX10 routers over a DWDM link. > > Basically the link just isn't coming.
