I always thought the SRX240H was the memory upgraded version to the 240B (aka base). The 240H2 I believed has the memory upgrade and a faster (possibly just overclocked?) processor.
Perhaps I am incorrect though. The H2 line is pretty new and I haven't touched one yet to compare.
