Not to my knowledge, no (well, not in 2014 anyway). N:1 NAT is what makes sense. Back in 200, an ISP I know of was offering 1:1 NAT on their service provider network under the guise of making their customers more secure. The things people did (or do)... I'm looking at JAA-NAT with an MS-MPC for NAT64/DNS64. Mark.
