Why do you consider it one PFE? One XM has to cross fabric to see
other XM's WAN interfaces, to me that classifies it as dual PFE.

There are some designs where one is used for RX and one is TX, and
here of course there is no traffic between them, ever, so that'll
constitute as single NPU/PFE in my mind.
