Hello the 10GBASE-T COPPER SFP+ draw a lot of power (up to 2.5W). I'd like to know whether there are any risks or restrictions associated with using those. How safe are those things in the long term, considering they draw even more power than a 100km ZR SFP+ module? Is there a risk that my line cards and switches will have a reduced life span if I go crazy and equip every port with a 10BASE-T SFP+ module?
