I have a backward-compatible compiler implementation of JSR-292 based
on the ECJ compiler. It's a little out of date wrt to the JSR but
hopefully it will be possible to update and release when a draft of
292 is ready.

In comparison to a library it makes it easier to implement per-call
site semantics such as caches but it obviously can't make use of the
runtime profile information in the same way that say the mlvm project
will be able to do.
