Hi Rob!

Project Zero is not Open Source as your web site makes perfectly
clear. However I can't seem to find a copy of your licence without
downloading your software. Do you have a link to the licence?

I'm raising this because of concerns that I and some collaborators had
about your project's treatment of IP when the project was launched.

I think it would be helpful if you would make it clear that any ideas,
techniques and code, shared by and with you in this forum would not be
the subject of any ownership claim by IBM.

Sorry to be a pain about this but it does seem to be a rather unusual
project from a licensing point of view. Note I'm not trolling for a
discussion on the merits or demerits of this model I'm just making
sure that we don't run into embarrassment in the future.

What you are doing looks pretty interesting BTW
