The Regexp support I plan to add (patches have already been submitted, but needs to be updated) are as follows: For each string comparison assertion method (assertTitleEquals, assertTextPresent, assertTextInTable etc.) a corresponding method (assertTitleMatch, assertMatchPresent, assertMatchInTable) will be added which matches a regular expression instead of just comparing a string. The regexp implementation will be jakarta regexp (so as to not be dependent on JDK 1.4).
