Summary: Character Encoding in Table Cells

Initial Comment:
Before the assertion of a string in a table cell
jWebUnit encodes the string to the charset ISO 8859-1.
To do this it uses the method "ToEncodedString" in
TestContext.class. In the character set ISO 8859-1 are
some HTML-characters missing (like %ndash). So it is
not possible to assert a cell containing the &ndash.
Maybe it is possible to use a different charset which
includes all HTML characters.

Greetings,
rewers
