I start reading documentation about Gatling, and it seems to be a very general testing framework (like JUnit) based on J2MEUnit. I think it is not particularly designed for functional testing of web applications. However, we could propose a new copy of WebTestCase that inherits from J2MEUnit TestCase. This way, J2ME users can use jWebUnit. But I don't see the benefits of writing web app tests with J2ME instead of J2SE...

Let me say I have never used J2ME, so perhaps I don't see the interest.
