Ok, your patch looks excellent. I vote to give you CVS write access so you
can commit it yourself. Since no one else is really working on this code,
I'm just going to give you CVS write access. If someone objects, speak up

Hmm...probably not really...the "Peer" concept is very OO and documented,
but the whole relationship to the database probably isn't.
