There was some/several code changes to the turbine source (which tdk
is uses) that are not backwards compatible.  Back when I installed it,
(late august), the User/TurbineUser had changed.  There might have been
other changes since then as well.   The INSTALL file in the jyve
distribution does a pretty good job of describing what needs to be done
to get everything working.   Unfortunately, it's not plug 'n play.  But
with a good cup of coffee and some time, it's doable.
