Thanks for the response.
I fiddled with it last night and realised that the default setup was to use
POP3. I managed to find the configuration info for BT to use IMAP, did a
manual setup to use IMAP and now all's well.
Glad to have been of help. POP3 wouldn't sync the outbox/sent folder (or any
folders for that matter).
