Hello, for a long time I am using K-9 Mail for my KolabNow-Account (from F-Droid, since some time version 5.004).
Since this morning K-9 displays a certificate problem. When I confirm the IMAP settings, a dialog is displayed: Unrecognized Certificate ------------------------ The server presented an invalid SSL certificate. [...] (java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Trust anchor for certification path not found.) [...] Fingerprint (SHA-1): 5f2527da693cbe8255b0e1f1abfbe3dd7e35ffb8 This dialog also appears when I try to recreate the account. What's the problem here? My thunderbird account fortunately continues to work. Also, at https://kolabnow.com/ the same certificate (according to fingerprint) is accepted by Firefox. Is it therefore safe to just re-accept it in K-9? I have seen that other K-9 users have reported similar problems, see https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/k-9-mail/Unrecognized$20Certificate Best regards, Robert -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the K-9 Mail Users List.
