These aren't questions that people on the list will likely be able to answer as they are specific to your account and email hosting provider. If the account(s) that were set up on the old phone are still there you should be able to export them from K9 on that device and then import them into the new one. That won't include passwords, but will include the other bits. If that's not an option, then search your mail provider's site for details about their mail accounts. Words like "pop" and "imap" generally help. If you have email set up for these accounts on a desk/laptop mail client you can look in that client's settings. Again, you won't get passwords, but should be able to get everything else. You sent your message from gmail.
