SIX  LAYER  SALAD

1 head lettuce
1 medium onion
1 box frozen peas, thawed
8 sliced fried bacon
Shredded mild Cheddar cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar

Layer in (8 x 10) pan: 1. Lettuce broken into bite-size pieces.  2.
Onions (diced)  3. Frozen peas.  4. Spread on mayonnaise mixed with 2
tbsp. sugar.  5. Sprinkle on cheese and Farmland bacon which has been
crumbled.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.
