Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice
Makes 8 teaspoons of Pumpkin Spice

Ingredients:
4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 Tsp Ground Ginger
1 Tsp Allspice
1 Tsp Nutmeg

Note: After you have used this recipe a couple of times, you can vary
it to suit your taste.

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a bowl.  Store in an airtight container.

Tip: Keep and wash an empty spice container with a shaker top. Mark a
label with Pumpkin Spice and place on container.
