Igor, VK:

Now that the Gnutella bug is mostly behind us, I
think we're close to having version 0.90 ready for release.
I want to focus this week on getting the access violations
debugged so that we can meet that goal.

I've attached two debug files. Here's what I was
seeing:

1. I started the latest source on a Win98 PC connected to
the LAN (it needs to be connected to the LAN, else it
crashes the PC). I then cleared the registry on my WinNT
machine and started Kaboodle in debug mode on that. It
gets the NID from the Win98 machine, then pauses and
the screen goes completely white. Then it recovers, and
I get a debug popup message about VNC discovery. I click
OK in that popup, and then it crashes with an access
violation. Output-Debug1.txt and Debug.BMP related to
this case (it shows the access violation in regards to
   NTDLL.DLL).

2. I then start Kaboodle on WinNT again (Win98 machine still
running), this time with the registry left alone since
#1. It doesn't crash or have the all-white screen pause.
The debug output from this is Output-Debug2.txt. It shows
an access violation in KERNEL.DLL this time.

Good luck chasing these down this week!
