Hello Scott.
The "Web Config" implemented.

About "Partnership file".
I'll start that after "Master node" finishing.
Now I have a question only.
How do you expect to make exchange of Partnership files?
I expect following.
Now Kaboodle always listens the port number 7000 for partner's goals:
1. Request "startup independent VNC server";
2. Request "file transfer".
It's possible to add the request #3 on above port -
a creation of the Partnership file.
If Kaboodle on the PC1 want to create the Partnership file
for the Kaboodle on the PC2, then a user on the PC1 do next.
He (she) inserts <IP address of the PC2> via a special dialog,
(itself IP address, login (EMail ID), first and second names
will insert automatically by Kaboodle)
and pushs a button "Create".
The user on the PC2 will see other dialog:
*The user*
*<IP address of the PC1>*
*<login (EMail ID) of the PC1>*
*<first name of the PC1>*
*<second name of the PC1>*
*want to create a Partnership file with you.*
*Your*
*<IP address of the PC2> [insert automatically by Kaboodle]*
*<login (EMail ID) of the PC2> [insert automatically by Kaboodle]*
*<first name of the PC2> [insert automatically by Kaboodle]*
*<second name of the PC2> [insert automatically by Kaboodle]*
There are two buttons "Create" and "Cancel".
If the PC2 user pushs "Create", then PC2 sends that data to the PC1,
and PC1 Kaboodle have enough data for creation both partnership files.
Also there exist the TCP connection for sending the partnership file
from PC1 to PC2.
Both PC1 and PC2 saves own Partnership file in valid directory
and registers it by GetEngaged.exe.
Please let me know what you think about that.

- Igor
