        I think we will need the Refresh button. As it is now, every
time either the WebConfig prop panel or the Web Config tab is opened,
the scanning is being done. Similar to VNC, once a server is detected,
a registry entry should be made, so that that device never has to be
scanned again.
        Also, on my WinNT system, after 3 or 4 scans (ie, open and
close the Web Config panel a few times), Kaboodle locks up for about
a minute as the socket times out. I think there is a problem in the
socket code for the scanning. It should be using the same code that
the VNC server scan is using (only for port 80 not 5900).
