        To access the files "globally", the Apache server is
looking for an index.html file in the top level directory,
~oasis/getengaged/. In fact, I put an example one there
already, which is using a an example perl script, so you
can see how it's all supposed to connect together.

        It looks like you've put all the .htm files and the
.cgi files into the same directory called "echofree". I usually
put all of my .html files into the top level, and put all
the scripts into a ./cgi-bin directory, with a .pl extension.
