Heya. When you download the file...it *should* save
it as a ".ecf" file, not a ".asp" file. I'm having trouble
with the IIS server getting that part right.
So try this: rename the file from whatever.asp to
whatever.ecf. Then just double-click it. It will be opened
by the GetEngaged.exe application and then be installed.
Working on that website bug, of course. :)
