        Heya. Definitely looks like you got thru Step #7 correctly.
I've seen before that you may need to click the "Okay" button to
get the Zebedee Server to start up the first time. But if it
doesn't, please be sure that Kaboodle knows where Zebedee is on
your PC: that should be shown in the "Main" tab of the VPN Service
icon.
        BTW, exactly which flavor of Windows are you using?
