Heya. Please try this for me: when UltraVNC is running on the machine, please "telnet <ip-address> 5900" to that machine and let me know what it says. Kaboodle looks for "RFB 003.003" or "RFB 003.007" right now (RealVNC and TightVNC, I believe). If UltraVNC echoes a different string, I'll need to modify the Kaboodle code to detect it correctly.

I uninstalled UltraVNC on one machine and installed TightVNC. Now, the other machine can see the VNC server. So I uninstalled TightVNC and reinstalled UltraVNC. No joy, the other machine doesn't think a VNC server is running...
