Unfortunatley, is still has one big build issue: it crashes during the compilation of the class library. It receives a signal EXC_BAD_ACCESS in kaffe/kaffevm/kaffe.def on line 2707. The backtrace looks reasonable to me...
I'll try digging deeper intop this, but I only ocassionally have access to a powerpc-darwin machine :(
