Changed MIPS to use compare_and_swap from glibc 2.3.2
I've switched kaffe over to compare_and_swap from glibc 2.3.2 since it apparently works under linux, so I thought that using what glibc uses can't be very wrong. :)
If you think the code breaks something, please shout, as I don't have a mips box around.
