Actually, I am not adding or deleting any file, rather changing the -O2 option to -O0. Any quick pointer?

Hi Pinaki,
use Makefile.am to make changes like adding/removing sources. You'll
need to have autotools in your $PATH for that, see FAQ.automake for
details on required versions.
