Note that my tests also discovered problems with keyboard events, though my testcase did not include code for this. Interesting enough Kaffe-1.1.7rc1 was working on ia586 for mouse and keyboard events. This was packaged by Mandriva, so I am not sure, if they used something different or if this actually was a ppc only problem. I will see if I can try the patch. From looking at the diff I believe that this would not affect keyboard events, so the keyboard bug might still be in there. Also it does not look like it would be a big endian related problem. Bernhard
